University of Redlands and Esri partner to shape future ‘spatial transformers’

The global use of geographic information systems (GIS)/location intelligence is expected to double by 2023, becoming a $10 billion industry. To maximize the understanding and effectiveness of this technology in the private sector, the University of Redlands School of Business has partnered with Esri, the global leader in location intelligence, to launch the Spatial Business Initiative.

My Journey to GIS through U of R’s MBA program

Obtaining an MBA has been a goal of mine since early in my career. I had received a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Stout in 2012, and, after spending a few years working in marketing for national retail and media accounts, nonprofits, and industrial solutions, I knew it was time to pursue a graduate degree.
